Hi, my name is Lucy and I am originally from the UK. I have a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Criminology (Honours) from the University of Chester. I have been working with children since I moved to Singapore.

One of the things I love to do is travel around the world to see different countries and experience life there. I love learning about different cultures, and I am very lucky to have such supportive parents in backing my decision to move to the other side of the world.

I love the teaching style of Hess, by incorporating fun and games into our teaching the children learn so much without even realizing it. Hess creates a fun environment where the children can all interact with each other and develop their social skills in the classroom. Working for Hess lets the children be children but also brings out the inner child in all the teachers too!

As a teacher it’s amazing to see how the children I have taught learn and grow into their own personalities. They never fail to amaze me! Each and every child has also helped me grow as a teacher and inspire me to keep doing what I’m doing, as like them I also never stop learning.
