At kindergarten and primary levels homework is likely to be assigned. This homework is assigned to help students practice what was taught, review new information or prepare for the next lesson. It hasn't been assigned to punish a student or to merely give them extra work. It allows them to spend some time with the language outside of the classroom. If you feel it is too much homework, or too little, PLEASE speak to the teacher. They will be happy to adjust to your expectations of necessary language outside of the classroom.

Students left solely in the care of the teacher develop greater self-awareness and independence. This in turn helps them focus more in class, increasing their learning capacity. This is also a great opportunity for parents to begin preparing their children for the problematic separation period that will occur when they begin all day school. Parents can be assured that they are leaving their child in the capable, caring hands of a teacher concerned primarily with the needs of their students.

No, we do not require that Nursery students be potty trained. However, a parent or primary caregiver is required to be on hand to deal with those little accidents. Our teachers will not object to parents or primary caregivers entering the classroom.

Enrichment programmes are designed to improve students language skills. These skills include reading, writing, speaking, pronunciation and understanding. Our Enrichment programmes also develop a students’ confidence in speaking a language, help build social skills as they interact with classmates and the teacher, inspire creative thinking and promote problem solving.
